Alan Mapes is the proud President of Typhoon Excavation, Inc., a company he co-founded with his wife, Brooke, in 2008. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Alan transitioned from owner/operator/President to managing the trucks following the company’s first expansion in 2011, guiding Typhoon Excavation to new heights.

Alan is not only dedicated to the success of the business but also prioritizes safety in the workplace. He is a certified Veriforce safety trainer, ensuring that both his team and clients are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

An outdoor enthusiast at heart, Alan finds joy in nature and often encourages clients to visit his office, where he shares his love for the great outdoors.
